With a full set of heirlooms you should be most of the way to level 68 by the time you finish the quests in Hellfire.

And atleast in my opinion northrend feels alot more like wow (or warcraft) than outland does with its alien themes. Not sure about leveling speed but i dont think 70-80 is that far off from 60-70. You're probably gonna quest through about as many zones to hit 80.
