These requirements are for example: You must be an active duty or Army National Guard Soldier You must be a U.S. citizen You must qualify for airborne training Web12 Mile Ruck w/65lbs – 3 hours (15 minute mile pace) Top candidates will have the following fitness scores: Push Up – 100. Sit up – 80. 2 Mile Run – 12:30. Pull Up – 20. 5 Mile Run- 35 minutes. 12 Mile Ruck w/65lbs – 2 hours 36 minutes (13 minute mile pace) Prior Service to Green Beret in the National Guard.
